We are unable to store packages or materials in the hotel/conference area. It is possible to send packages and materials with delivery on the day of your accommodation/conference.
Any invoicing must be agreed before the day of arrival. A credit report is made. The minimum amount for invoicing is 5000 SEK.
If you book a conference with us, you can always rebook or cancel free of charge if you do so well in advance. Different time limits apply depending on the size of the group and how much you want to change. You can read more in our cancellation conditions.
We do not accept cash at the hotel, but we do accept the most common debit and credit cards.
