On our first cd "Miss Dottie" we set several of our unique designer rooms into music.
On the second album "A View Onto the Street" we're opening a window onto the street to be inspired by Swedish musical personalities who have pursued their craft in the hotel's vicinity. Artists’ inlcude, amongst others, Christian Walz, Frida Öhrn and Daniel Lemma. And an exclusive sampling with Monica Zetterlund.
"A Nordic Atmosphere" is the third piece in the musical series. We make a musical journey out into the country to be inspired by Swedish tones and folksong, where the violin plays a leading part.
The refurbishment of Hotel Birger Jarl is part of our continuing effort to enhance your guest experience - something we take great pleasure in. Lobby, dining room, bar, kitchen and veranda have been given a whole new look. We have also added another 36 rooms, studios and suites and opened up a new conference department for up to 550 persons.
