Hotel Birger Jarl ****

Sanna Nathanson

436-447 - Ungdomlig utstrålning

This room is designed to create a bright and youthful atmosphere. When visiting a new city, you are often bombarded with a multitude of new impressions, and it is nice to come back to a room that enables you to unwind. The colour scheme and comfortable, light-coloured furniture have therefore been carefully chosen to create a feeling of serenity.

SANNA NATHANSON is an interior designer and received her training at the KLC School of Interior Design in England. Having completed studies and practical experience in subjects such as art history and furniture restoration, she decided to travel to England and train to be an interior designer. Sanna currently works in Stockholm at LIVING DESIGN, an interior design company. Among other things, she was involved in the interior design of Hotel Radisson SAS in Klaipeda, Lithuania, a project that entailed designing the hotel “Newport style”, a new departure for Lithuanians that attracted considerable attention in the country. She was also involved in the interior design of Hotel Dyreparken Kristiansand in Norway, a hotel built in the likeness of Noah’s ark and which was to be decorated accordingly. Other interior design projects in which Sanna has been involved include Café Smilla at Östermalmstorg in Stockholm, First Hotel in Vesterbro, Copenhagen, various suites at the Radisson SAS in Östersund, a luxury hotel in St. Petersburg, and Clarion Hotel Scandinavia in Stockholm
