Cancellation policy


  • A guarantee, by credit card or company, is required at arrival after 6 pm. If the room is not guaranteed, the hotel is free to cancel the reservation at 6 pm on the day of arrival.
  • A guaranteed room will be charged for the first night in case of no show.
  • The reservation can be cancelled without a charge before 6 pm the day prior to arrival. Special rules apply for group bookings.
